SHIPPING POLICY

We want your experience from the moment you click “buy” to the moment your package arrives to be as smooth and transparent as possible. Here’s a walkthrough of how we handle getting your order to you, starting right at your shopping cart.

Getting a Shipping Quote

The final cost to send your items depends on where you’re located and how many pieces you’ve selected. The best way to see your precise charges is to add everything you want to your cart and begin the checkout process. Once you enter your mailing address, the system will instantly calculate and display the shipping fee within your total, so there are no surprises before you finalize the order.

From Our Door to Yours (Processing & Transit)

After you place an order, our team gets to work preparing it. On average, merchandise is produced and leaves our facility within 5-7 business days of purchase. Once it’s on its way, standard transit times then apply: packages traveling domestically typically arrive in 5-10 days, while those heading to international destinations generally take 7-15 days. For a broader planning window, you can also think of the entire delivery timeline as being split into two stages—a processing period of 3-7 days, followed by a shipping period of 14 to 30 days.

Where We Ship (And Where We Don't)

We’re pleased to offer delivery to destinations around the globe. Whether you’re across the country or across the ocean, we can reach you. We also happily ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. One thing to keep in mind is that a single order can only travel to one location. If you need items sent to different addresses, simply place a separate order for each destination.

International Orders and Customs

For packages leaving the US and crossing international borders, please be aware that they are sent under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) arrangement. This means we do not collect Value Added Taxes (VAT) at the time of purchase. Any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be applied by your local authorities upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the person receiving the package. Since these policies vary from country to country, we strongly suggest reaching out to your local customs office for details on what to expect. Planning ahead with the full delivery window in mind will help ensure a smooth arrival.
